PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Plan inspection around your pipe and production line.
MSUN-EFN1002 is presented in the TAIJIN Eddy Current Flaw Detectors range as a welded pipe eddy current testing system. The uploaded photographs show cabinet-based control and external inspection heads positioned around pipe-handling equipment.
Eddy current testing uses electromagnetic induction to inspect conductive materials. Changes in the response can indicate material variations or discontinuities. Probe selection, material properties and inspection conditions determine how the method applies to your workpiece.
Equipment shown
- Floor-standing cabinet with an integrated inspection display.
- Separate inspection assemblies and installed pipe-line examples.
- Software reference screens with signal plots and report settings.
The detail sheets identify the equipment type but do not print the full MSUN-EFN1002 model designation. Confirm the final hardware, software and scope of supply in your quotation.
APPLICATIONS & INTEGRATION
Discuss your welded-pipe inspection requirements.
The reference materials illustrate round and square welded pipe, straight-seam carbon steel pipe and seamless steel pipe. Online and offline arrangements are described. Each application requires review of the material, geometry, probe arrangement and line conditions.
Discuss an MSUN-EFN1002 configuration →Include in your inquiry
- Material grade, pipe shape, dimensions and wall thickness
- Weld type, inspection objective and acceptance standard
- Line speed, temperature and available installation space
- Required probes, magnetic saturation, marking and alarm interfaces
- Software, reports, quantity and documentation needs

PRODUCT DETAILS
Original detail sheets, in order.
All ten uploaded detail images appear below in numeric order. The source sheets include configuration ranges, customized parts and different software labels. Read the notes beside each image before using it for equipment selection.
The sheet presents high-frequency welded-pipe inspection. Precision, speed and signal-to-noise phrases are marketing descriptions without verified model-specific performance values.

The sheet identifies a metal welded pipe eddy current testing system. Its broader rod, wire and plate wording does not establish those applications for MSUN-EFN1002.

A different console layout is pictured. No alternative hardware model is identified; this illustration does not confirm the cabinet layout or all listed workpiece types for MSUN-EFN1002.

This sheet is not labelled MSUN-EFN1002. It lists Inspection Range 0–3 mm and Detection Depth 0–2 mm without explaining their relationship. The 1–128 channels, 50 Hz–10 MHz frequency range and 0.5–750 m/min speed describe unconfirmed configuration ranges, not a standard specification. Balance time 1–1000 s, marking accuracy 0.01 s / 1 mm and power consumption below 10 W also require clarification, including units and whether power refers to electronics alone.

General electromagnetic induction illustrations explain the testing method; they do not establish detection depth, defect sensitivity or acceptance criteria for this model.

Online and offline testing, high-frequency welded pipe and seamless steel pipe are reference application descriptions. Confirm material, probe, magnetic saturation needs and line integration for your application.

The screenshot is labelled ET-ISA-V3.3.0.1 (FW2.0.0.0). Three-level alarms, multi-channel A-scan/B-scan and report functions require confirmation for the software supplied with MSUN-EFN1002.

This screenshot is labelled MS-UN-ET, unlike the ET-ISA label in detail 7. Confirm the software product, version, language and licensed functions; displayed settings are examples, not rated specifications.

The sheet explicitly states customization and shows a probe sensor, magnetic saturator and guide sleeves. Compatibility, dimensions and inclusion are quotation-specific, not confirmed standard accessories.

The sheet includes TICA attribution and shows a marker, audible/visual alarm, encoder, photoelectric sensor and interface hardware. The attribution needs verification; pictured peripherals and channel connections do not define a standard package.
