Inquiry drafts
The quotation form asks for your name, company, business email, optional country/region, product category, model and quantity, application requirements and privacy consent. Creating a local draft processes these fields in your browser only. Local draft creation does not submit them to a server, send emails or store them in browser storage. Reloading or leaving the page clears the draft from the page. A downloaded draft stays on your device until you delete it.
Hosting and technical data
The site is built for static hosting on Cloudflare Pages. If deployed, the hosting provider may process request metadata, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. Actual logging, retention and hosting terms must be reviewed before launch. No specific retention period is asserted here.
Cookies and analytics
This version adds no analytics, advertising trackers or application cookies. Hosting features or future integrations may change this behavior and require an updated policy.
Online inquiries, when enabled
If secure online submission is configured, the form offers “Send Inquiry” separately from the local draft option. With your consent, submitting sends your inquiry through Cloudflare Pages Functions to Resend for email processing and onward to elisa@taijinyiqi.com so TAIJIN can respond. The customer email is used as Reply-To. No marketing subscription is created. A success notice confirms email-provider acceptance, not inbox delivery.
Security verification and limited records
When online submission is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network signals for abuse prevention. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. The server verifies the security token and uses the Cloudflare client IP to generate a secret-keyed hash for rate limiting. Cloudflare D1 stores only pseudonymous rate-limit keys, content fingerprints and submission state, not inquiry contents or raw IPs. Rate-limit records expire within 20 minutes and duplicate-tracking records after 24 hours; expired rows are removed on subsequent requests, so inactive-site cleanup may be delayed.
The application does not log full inquiries or personal details. Cloudflare, Resend and the recipient mailbox process and may retain data under their service and account policies; these services may process data internationally. See Resend’s privacy policy. Hosting logs, service retention and mailbox access must be reviewed by the company before live activation. Do not enter sensitive personal data or confidential technical information.
