PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Bring the instrument to the inspection task.
CC100 is presented as a portable eddy current flaw detector in the TAIJIN Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Equipment range. The uploaded materials show handheld probe use, a portable display and signal-analysis software illustrations.
Use the photographs and original detail sheets below to explore the equipment. Selection should begin with your material, component geometry and inspection objective, followed by confirmation of the appropriate probe and software configuration.
What the supplied materials show
- A portable instrument with an integrated display and external probe cable.
- Software illustrations showing signal plots and report settings.
- Different probe shapes, fixtures and field-use photographs.
Images illustrate the supplied equipment materials; they do not establish detection limits, certification or a standard accessory package.
APPLICATIONS & CONFIGURATION
Start with your inspection requirements.
The reference sheets discuss defect detection, material and hardness sorting, and weld positioning. These are topics for technical review. Confirm the required functions and suitability for your specific material and inspection procedure.

PRODUCT DETAILS
Explore all supplied CC100 detail sheets.
The original sheets are shown in numeric order. Some describe optional or model-dependent functions. Read the accompanying notes; the technical sheet contains conflicting operating-temperature values, and the packing list requires quotation-specific confirmation.
Supplied product presentation. Marketing phrases in the image are not certification or performance guarantees.

The sheet lists defect detection, sorting and weld positioning across several industries. Suitability depends on the material, probe, configuration and acceptance criteria; these illustrations are not proof of a qualified application.

The supplied screenshots illustrate signal plots, A/B-scan displays and report settings. Confirm the software version, licensed options and functions supplied with CC100.

This sheet contains optional and model-dependent functions, and inconsistent operating-temperature ranges (−10 to +45 °C and 0 to +45 °C). Its parameter values are reference material, not a confirmed CC100 specification. Request a model-specific technical sheet before ordering.

WT-250, WT-200 and WT-300 identify probes in the supplied sheet, not alternative instrument models. Probe compatibility and inclusion must be confirmed for your CC100 quotation.

Pictured probes, fixtures and OEM wording describe supplied reference material. Availability, compatibility and customization require confirmation.

The sheet includes customizable probes, optional test blocks and software modules. Pictured items and quantities are not a confirmed standard package; the final quotation defines the scope of supply.

Supplied inspection photographs show usage context, not independently verified customer results or application qualification.
